Any description of routes, venues, timing, inclusions, transport, accommodation, or activities reflects the proposed arrangement for the quote, but may be adjusted during confirmation, depending on provider availability and operational requirements.

Included and excluded items (principles)

To reduce the risk of misunderstanding, we disclose what is typically included and what is typically not included for the proposed travel services. Unless explicitly stated in the confirmed offer, the following are generally not included: meals not listed in the program, personal expenses, optional excursions, gratuities/tips, travel insurance, visa/consular fees, transfers not specified in the confirmed plan, and any items that are not listed as included.

  • Where applicable, travel/tour offers shown as advertising are presented truthfully and with legally required advertiser/provider identification and are not misleading regarding essential aspects under: Закон України "Про рекламу" № 270/96-ВР.
  • When required for tour operators, we disclose relevant website information regarding tour agents and certain contract/tour details in line with: Ліцензійні умови провадження туроператорської діяльності.
