Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We provide travel and itinerary planning, and we may arrange tourist services for you based on a tailored quote. Where our role is that of a tour operator/tour agent for sales of tourist services, the parties’ agreement must include essential terms such as travel dates, transport and/or accommodation details, the program and included services, travel rules, price and payment terms, and insurance. For this purpose, the agreement will be structured in line with the requirements of Law of Ukraine "On Tourism".

If the transaction is concluded remotely (including via the website), we provide pre-contract product/service information and comply with consumer information rights for distance contracts in line with Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

For online ordering and related communications, the website enables the consumer to receive required seller/provider information before and during ordering, in line with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII.

2. Quote and booking process

• You request a tailored quote by providing your preferences and travel details.
• We confirm availability and present the quote and itinerary/offer details.
• Your booking is confirmed after you accept the offer/contract terms and make any required payment, if applicable.

If we act as an advertising party for travel offers, we ensure the information is truthful and not misleading regarding essential aspects, and we provide the required advertiser/provider identification where applicable, consistent with Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" № 270/96-ВР.

3. Essential contract details for tourist services

For tour operator/tour agent sales, the agreement (and the offer information we present) should clearly reflect essential terms, including: dates of travel; key transport and/or accommodation information; the travel program and included services; travel rules and any limitations; price and payment conditions; and insurance provisions. The disclosure approach and presentation timing are aligned with Licensing conditions for conducting tour operator activity.

4. Cancellations, refunds, and changes

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the confirmed contract terms, the status of reservations with service providers, and any applicable penalties or supplier policies. Any agreed changes are confirmed in writing/within the order details to ensure both parties have consistent information.

We recommend reviewing the offer’s included services, travel rules, and timing requirements before confirming payment.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are responsible for providing the agreed planning/travel services in accordance with the contract information. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., force majeure) or by actions/omissions of the traveler that conflict with travel rules.

6. Personal data and consent (if applicable)

If the website uses cookies/trackers that process personal data (such as identifiers), we ensure a lawful basis for processing and obtain meaningful consent where required. Processing purposes are described in our Privacy Policy. This approach aligns with Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" № 2297-VI.
